Harvest Festival 2017 Harvest Festival 2017 will be held on Friday 3rd November 2017 at Indian Central School Abbassiya. His Grace Dr. Youhanon Mar Dioscoros (MOSC Synod Secretary and Diocesan Metropolitan of Chennai and Kottayam Central Diocese) and Mr. George Paul (MOSC Laity Trustee ) will be our chief guests for this auspicious occasion.

In connection with Harvest Festival 2017, a medical checkup is arranged at HF venue for our parish members from 8am to 9:30 am. Medical team from Shifa Al Jazeera clinic will be available for the checkup’s . KD 1 will be charged for Cholesterol checkup, all other tests will be free of cost. Harvest Festival 2017 raffle coupon release and first sale had been held on 1st September 2017 at NECK Kuwait after Holy Qurbana. HF 2017 Raffle coupon was released by Maha Edavaka Vicar Rev. Fr. Jacob Thomas. Associate Vicar Rev. Fr. Giju George sold the first book of coupons to the senior parish member Mr. Thomas Mathew. Harvest Festival 2017  Coupon Design Competition. (Exclusively for registered church members & family.) HF2017 Committee invites Harvest Festival Raffle Coupon Designs from parish members. Those who wish to submit their designs, please email to HF General Convener or submit to church counter on or before June 30th 2017. Best Regards P. G. Relevant to our traditional Harvest Festival, Heritage and culture of India and Kuwait.   Application and Eligibility Criteria St.Gregorios Indian Orthodox Church (Maha Edavaka), registered members and dependents are eligible to take part in the competition. Design must be high resolution with minimum 300 DPI and in four colors. The design must be printed on a A4 size (210mm x 297mm) white paper and submitted together with the original CD. The design must be original creation, without any infringement of copyright. Each participant can submit a maximum of three different designs. Please submit your design to the General Convener / Coupon Convener on or before 17th June 2017. Adjudication will be based on creativity, style, thematic presentation, color matching, layout and artistic appeal Announcement of Results: The results of the competitions will be announced on our website. The decisions of the Judging Panels on the results of the competition are final. If none of the designs are up to the mark according to the Judging Panel, the Harvest Committee reserves its rights to engage a third party to get the design done.
